Help injury

I am about 7 weeks into a deca/cyp cycle and this weekend (Sat) I bruised my shoulder playing rugby. I "tried" to tackle this guy and his collarbone collided with my side delt. I can move it but not stuff like pulling up my pants with out soreness/pain. Today is tuesday and a bruise is appearing down on the backside of my tricep. But i can move it more today. I describe it like when some one frogs you only this was with a 300 lb collarbone

What should I do about my cycle and my training.
Do you people also think its just bruised?//
please advice!!!!

It sounds like it's just a bad bruise. Keep in mind a bruise is still tissue damage - and this sounds like a pretty bad bruise.

If I was you, I wouldn't worry too much. I'd lay off any and all heavy exercises that hit the affected are. Instead, I'd utilize very light weights and relatively high reps to stimulate healing in the area. Do not strain and do not try to go to failure - just get some blood pumping.

Also, try alternating heat and cold on the area.

What supplements do you take? A good vitamin and mineral supplement and MSM may be some things to look into. (MSM basically helps get good stuff into and bad stuff out of your cells.)
 
I am now taking a shit load of vit c and e and plan to start rubbing DMSO today if i can get it cuz icyhot is shit.
I have been heating it but not cold.

Well worst case senario is My legs and abs will get huge.

Oh and my bi/tri is swollen about a 1/2 in

come on guys give me some advice!!!

Ok i went to the gym the bruise has gotten bigger than a softball and is on my tri so I tried 5 lb side lat raises and they felt fine but 5 lb kickbacks I cant do so I guess its a tri injury not a delt .
even though the delt is where i took the hit!

Should I cut my as in half ,stop, or just get heavy and hard on legs???

what r some upper body exercises that use no tri
I did flat bench 135 lb wide grip 3 sets of 20 just now and it felt ok

help with info
 
are you sure it is a bruise? is it possible you dislocated it, torn something? bruises get sore but don't swell as much as you said it did. besides if it was a few days ago and you are still no better i would think about getting it looked at. as least forsake of your cycle and training. good luck
 
hematoma

Maybe it is a hematoma. Broken blood vessel which bleeds
under the skin. Swells up. You shoud see a doctor, and if theirs selling you need to wait until it goes down before you do anything
