I have been needing advice to initiate my first cycle, I'm in the gym for 6 months and have heard about the cycles but I want the best experience from the beginning, so I raise the big mountain in search of the best advice......

I'm 37 year, 185 pound and 6.2 feet, please let me know what can I use?, how? and where I can buy in Internet?
