HELP im sore

I had my chest workout on tuesday, and im still sore as hell
What should i do to get rid of the pain as soon as possible
 
I think you will find most people on this board get some sort of satisfaction from being sore.

There is a sticky at the top about Active Recovery. You should check that out.

Stretch and maybe do some sort of active recovery.

I stretch everyday, regardless of if I am lifting or not. It helps to flush the acid out that makes you sore.

It hurts good:D
