I just pulled my tripcep muscles on both arms. It feels just like a hamstring pull, except this is my triceps. When I straight out both arms and flex the tricep muscle, they tighten up and sorta go numb.
How can I fix this?
I just got home from working chest today. I did bench, dips, incline, overhead press and shoulder press. I think I may have worked my triceps excessively today by doing all these presses.
