hi folks,I need some advise regarding taking some gear for the first time...I am 45..although I look a lot younger,I have been training on and off now for about 15 years,I weigh 155 lbs.but tends to be all ripped....I have absolutely no fat,and I feel I have reached as far as my body will allow...I am thinking of going on a course of gear to give me an extra boost,ideally my aim is to put on a stone(14 lbs)....I am thinking of taking some sustenon and aquepoise for about 8 weeks,but I have read about the other guys having feverish side effects.
what is the best gear to take,and in what amounts,and for how long,...does all the stuff has side effects,...help!!I would appreciate any help please.
