HELP! I give! Anavar or???

Ok, so I need to lose 10 pounds. I'm back in school and soon will be working LONG shifts so massive workouts are out. I'm no body builder BUT I currently play on 8 soccer teams so I run and am extremely athletic. http://www.elitefitness.com/forum/images/smilies/grinny%5B1%5D.gif Here's the scoop:

I made a bet who can lose more weight in a month with a friend. I altered my diet (much better, but not perfect) joined a few more soccer leagues, and have started 10mg/day of Anavar about 10 days ago. AND NOTHING! The Anavar is new, but the huge increase in exercise and diet change was started a month ago. Thus far, I've lost 1 f***ing pound. Granted muscle weighs more... But my clothes are fitting the same. :( PLEASE HELP~!!! All my fat sits on my stomach and hips, but nothing on thighs. Here are my thoughts and stats:

FEMALE - 26 yrs - 5'4" - 137lbs (think my scale really wrong, but 10-13 lbs is right for me to lose)

----> What's the best combo/cycle and how much?? Is 10mg Anavar really going to be enough to do anything? I feel no difference.

I've tried hard to cut this fat and can't kick it. - HELP! I want to wear a bikini again and win my bet. LOL!
 
Is this your first var cycle?? I think most women start at 5mg var and move up to 10mg var, but on the other hand I just did a var cycle 10mg capsules from new source and its partially bunk more like 3mg of var mixed with dextrose dammit! hope you have good var as it is hard to get and expensive, if its bunk be carefull as womens body is very sensitive to aas. post your training and diet over in the ladies forum as there are some very knoledgable women on here that can help you out! maybe var is not even the answer but they will no better :) read the sticky's also if u haven't yet
on another note if var builds muscle which is heavier and u want to lose weight quickly in a month u are gonna be in caloric deficit for sure and muscle will be wasted so what is the purpose of this bet??? get your own goals fore yourself of what you want and go from there, putting body through a lot of stress. maybe someone else will chip in here, welcome to EF
