Help! I am getting these headaches since starting Test E , anyone help?

Hi,

I been getting these headaches, heavy ones since starting Test E. Also when i take Dbol, i get huge headaches. Is it because of Estrogen? Blood pressure? what? High Test low test? high estro? low estro? Blood pressure?

How to fix anything?

I take 750mg Test E / week
and 1 Aromasin / day (12.5mg)

And i dont take Dbol anymore (i just tried it for few days and it gave me too much headach).

Drink more water. Take a baby aspirin ed to thin your blood out. And maybe up the anti e dose.

Hi,

Problem is when I take 25mg Aromasin , it stops the headache but it also reduces strenght and size, i don't look as big or feel as strong.

I eat super clean now, it keeps me lean or id blow up like a fool on high estro.

Headaches are not brutal, but some annoyance during the day, sometimes take a nap to relax.

What are good foods to reduce the blood pressure?
Salt is to boost the blood pressure? Sugar to reduce it?

But I don't understand how some people here say Anti E are so strong that you only need to take them EOD. Some people take only 0.25mg Arimidex EOD!

I'm taking a Whooping 12.5mg Aromasin daily, im not bloated , i dont feel nips problems, i just get minor headache sometimes i take a nap cuz of it.

When I used to take 25mg Aromasin, i felt very lean and little mass, i didnt feel big or full, strenght was affected.

However, when I take Dbol, my my, the headaches are off the charts on dbol, dunno how ppl take mega stacks? do they take mega anti e?

I read some ppl dont even take Anti E, they just take Nolva for nips and load up on Gear. i dont know how they handle the headaches and brutal sides?

Maybe you are just sensitive to dbol. You might just want to drop it. The other recommendations should help with the test related bp sides.

Go to a Walgreens and check your blood pressure bro. And gear effects everyone differently.
