I am starting my cutting diet on monday please help out guys, tell me what you think. i've got to do something by bf is higher rigt now than it's ever been at least 20% it was only 15% when i started my bulker. Screw this i am switching my diet to acomadate fat loss, currently i am running test enan 800mg a week 100mg tren ed and next week i am adding Deca at 300mg a week. here's my diet and some before pics.. cirrently 251lbs at least 18-20% bf 6'3" 28 yrs old
Cutting diet

6 Egg Whites
1 Cup Rolled Oats
2 Scoops Whey


9:30
2 Scoops Whey
1 Apple


11:30
10 Oz Chicken Breast
Large Green Salad W 1tbsp Olive Oil

2 Pm
2 Scoops Whey
Apple

4pm
2 Cans Of Tuna Or Chicken
1 Cup Ff Cottage Cheese

6pm
6 Egg Whites
Large White Potatoe
Spinach

9pm
2 Scoops Whey
1 Tbsp Anpb

I am confused by what you are doing - what are your goals? Did you just do a bulking cycle and now you are trying a cutting cycle? Seems like a lot of gear/week. Be more specific - adjusting your diet is key, but I don't understand your cutting/bulking comments in your first post.

came off a bulker// switching diet to cutter gear involved 400mg enan week 100mg tren ed
adding deca at 300mg aweek next week
 
Personally, I would not run the deca and tren TOGETHER...these two are essentially cousins....Cuttin is about diet/cardio...drugs like winny and anavar will do a nice job in aiding in this process, but if you've got your stuff picked out, roll with it and put a solid diet and cardio plan together...hit me up and i'll work with ya on this one...btw, slyder has def got his shit together on this thread....k to him....

Yep ... cut out the oats, potato and apples (huge source of simple carbs/sugars), add some more omega fatty acids (flax seed oil). You want to throw your body in ketosis, then the pounds will melt away. I would add to the slyder's quote with

AT LEAST 4x a week, AT least 45 minutes before breakfast.

I agree with the cardio comment, but the ketosis issue is a blanket statement. Alot of people become highly catabolic in ketosis. Get some keto strips and stay a few levels above full blown (light purple), you'll build quicker and still lose fat at a pretty steady level.
