Hey! I need help. Real advice. I am 38yrs old and 6'2" and weigh 293 lbs.
I have very good strength but I feel I would rather get speed, agility, flexibility, and energy back. I have just now gotten my schedule straight to try and get this shit straight for once God willing.
I am very wide shouldered so i kinda hide how big my damn waist is but no more as it is going out. I have bad training habits and suffer from depression. I am not looking for sympathy, but rather some guidance at how to get hold of my problem. I have fatigue everyday, I have imsomnia and bad interrupted sleep at nights and terrible eating habits. I have planned and planned my routines and new platforms to leap into good health with anabolics. Would have worked if my will power was good at all. All I have done the last two times out with cycles at my age for softball is get bigger and bitch more.

My goals are as follows.
I want to get to 240 lbs with 18" arms and they are currently 18" with some fat obviously. I have knee pain now from running and I know it is from the damn weight gain. I need some help setting my once in a lifetime comeback straight as I need to shut up a lot of people. NOTE: I have only one testicle as I lost one to cancer many years back. My libido is damn terrible. I do want to continue testosterone but I want to know if I can continue it year round or what. I was doing propionate in the spring for 4 weeks and cold turkey'd it without using any post cycle properties at all. My mistake I know. Should I do some now with it being 8 weeks after the fact. No hypertrophy has come back to gonads at this time. What other properties pill wise would aid in comeback. You can blast me I know you will for my lack of willpower. MY DIET WILL BECOME MY NUMBER ON FOCUS STARTING IN THE MORNING. I have a few things to my upcoming advantage. I have not jogged or life cycle'd in a year. My knees hurt too much. But, I am going to take naproxen before all workouts now. And take tylenol immediately upon getting home. A multi vitamin and multi mineral supplement daily is the new commitment too. What ideas if not to just kill myself can I do for the next 8 months to get ready for a serious health and softball comeback if I can at all.?

have you gotten a blood work? spoken to a HRT specialist? seems like professional HRT is your best option here.

I strongly adivse you to start eating and sleeping correctly for a long period of time, lets say at least 6 months regularly. Then do aerobic excercise to cut your weight to something appropriate where you knees are not caving in! Once you ahve some kind of fitness, a relatively decent body weight and have consulted in depth with a HRT specialist, then i would consider doing entry level steroids if you still want to, with the best advise andhelp you can get. At the moment it sounds like you suddenly realised "Oh shit, my body is in ruin, my mind is in ruin....let me juice it up to solve my probles overnight"......this will not work, find solace and peace within yourself, relish the challenge of disciplining yourself with training and eating and getting fit. Look back and smile in 6 months in a enw fit, leaner body and then think about roids............use it dont use it...just my 5c!

all about diet and cardio right now bro===do the recumbent bike--easy on knees----45-60 mins 6x a week first thing in morn empty stomach---do it early if u can 6am---this will raise your metabolism throughout the day and also make you alot more tired when its time for bed------and u said it yourself your eating habits suck------??????? clean them up-----the basics, chicken, fish, brown rice, brocolli etc--get some protein type of meal replacement etc

i guarantee you struggle through for just 2 weeks---you will start to feel better physically and mentally which i feel is 90% of this game---alot of it is in ur head

good luck-keep us up to date

BTW--there is zero need for you to consider any roid cycle at this time

thanks SHAPE....you are right!! I know these words well, just need to hear them again from time to time from other people I guess. The recumbent bike is a good idea with that time and duration. I hope to post 6 months from now a joyous post about success and rejuvination.

thanks again

Thanks X

i do need some baseline numbers prior to initiating this to measure any progress or regress from my training and diet model

24 eggs................you are right. I feel the combination of things I have not done as opposed to my good options can be monumental if done in conjunction. I pray I have enough will to do this right and not half-ass it.
