this is my story, i started working out young, at 15, whn i was 17 i did 2 oxandrolones cycle and one stanozolol, at 18 i used some test, and nadrolone, ando some equipoise i cycled various times until 20 whre i layed back off drugs. I did PCT - post cycle therapy - to all my cycles, usaed some Nolvaldex - tamoxifen citrate - and clomid and onc HCG - human chorionic gonadotropin - , and always checked my blood in a month basis. The thing is its been some time im off drugs and i want to come back. What do you guys think, i mean i must not be th only one who started so young...

P>S my blood work is totally normal today, cholesterol under normal levels, kdneys values a normal so are the liver enzymes...

thans alot ellitte fitness guyss !, and i backed off drugs 2 yeas ago..

So now you are 20?

If you were still growing before you've stopped now after the test/nandrolone cycle.

Are you training now? What are your stats and goals?

no i backed off at 20 im 22.

The first step is to start training again. You'll make great gains naturally for a couple years. During that time you will learn what works for you and how to eat for maximum muscle growth.

Then when you need the extra push, start back up with the gear.

I think the fact that you asked means that you are conflicted about doing drugs to help your work out. So are you trying to be a professional body builder? Or do you have some other ideas about where your life is going? I think you really need to sit down with yourself and map out where you want to be when you are thirty. Then stick to the plan. If you want to take a shot at being a pro in any athletic field then maybe. But remember they are getting tougher and tougher about testing. It would be a real bummer to put in all that work and have any awards for your efforts stripped from you. Be honest with yourself about your abilities and chances of attaining your goals. Then work from there.

I know that thinking about where you want to be when thirty seems like a long way off but I assure you it will be here tomorrow.

i never stopped training man, even though i backed off gear...big joe, you made an excellent point infact im in this business, i work as a personal trainer, so i need to get the right impression in the busness...and i totally get your point, at 30 i will probably still be working in this area.

where does the problem lie, you've already got cycles under your belt and you are in good health so I say juice on.
