One of the things about losing weight at work is people come to you for advice. I am a novice and dealing with a woman is out of my realm. I was hoping I could get some assistance with setting her on a basic course to get started. Her stats are: 37 y.o. 5'10.5" 170 with an athletic build Her main goals are to reduce weight and bodyfat. My initial thought was to have her do a basic keto diet and weight train 3 days a week. Cardio would be on off days starting with 30 minute sessions. Exercise break down would be: Mon: chest/bis Wed: legs/delts Fri: back/tris This would just be something to start with to see how she responds to exercise. Any assistance you could give would be greatly appreciated.
 
Can you send her in? We like to be able to talk directly to someone if we're going to try to help them.

Most of the time, when trying to lose fat, a low carb/HIGH protein diet will work.
 
Have her post here. What I find is if people don't want to post they don't want to do the work.
