One of the things about losing weight at work is people come to you for advice. I am a novice and dealing with a woman is out of my realm. I was hoping I could get some assistance with setting her on a basic course to get started. Her stats are: 37 y.o. 5'10.5" 170 with an athletic build Her main goals are to reduce weight and bodyfat. My initial thought was to have her do a basic keto diet and weight train 3 days a week. Cardio would be on off days starting with 30 minute sessions. Exercise break down would be: Mon: chest/bis Wed: legs/delts Fri: back/tris This would just be something to start with to see how she responds to exercise. Any assistance you could give would be greatly appreciated.
