ok i havent been able to work out in 10 months let alone walk for more than 5 minutes with out pain that wants to make you punch babies for 7 months .i went to the chiropractor,massage therapy and physical therapy and 2 rounds of steroid shots in my spine with no luck!!! i was getting really depressed and was looking at surgery the fuses my vertebrae together and hope for the best .my doctor told me about this treatment call spinal decompression ,he said the down side was that i would have to pay for it my self ,i thought anything is better than surgery ,so i went .the first 14 treatments were some of the most painful 30 minutes of my life as my L5 disk was extruded and pressing on my S1 nerve in my right leg! the disk was hanging down so far it was being dragged across the nerve as my back was being decompressed ! but at # 15 the pain became less and after that less in treatment until i was able to fall asleep 
. and after # 26 i have almost no pain at all and going threw physical therapy to strengthen my core and lower back . i am sharing this story for all who have blown disks/bulging etc. and need a cure. this is the site with the info and i am not spamming,vets know me here and know i was out for the count
