Help Filtering

Please I need some help concerning filtering.
I do convertions with seringe filter and I`d like to learn to use the 250ml milipore system.

My doubt is: when I take off the superior part of the filter, the bottom part with the filtered/sterilized steroid will be exposed to the air. So, can I put the rubber stopper even after that or is there a way to seal the inferior part with the sterilized steroid without exposing it to the air so that I transfer the liquid to the sterilezed 10ml vials?

Its going to have to be exposed to air for a second while either you put a stopper on the filter bottle or you pour into your 10ml bottles.

It will not contaminate my steroid sterile if it comes in contact with air for one second?

how to put the cork in the bottle filter without getting in contact with air? this is my greatest doubts.

well your 10ml serilized vials are exposed too unless you are using presealed. Just be quick and clean i would say. and be sure to sterilize your rubber stopper as well and dont set it down on countertop or its no longer sterile....
