Hi to everyone!
I'm currently in bulking with a 4 day split for my workout. My training is focused on pyramids.
Lately I've seen that part my upper body is much leanear and with great muscle tone (shoulders, arms, chest... sometimes back). However I don't see the same in the lower part.
It has been a month since I have been adding more weight to all my exercises and even though my legs seem to be big, they don't look as lean and muscular as my upper body.
What am I doing wrong?? please help!!
