All right I am prolly not going to ask anything you haven't already heard a hundred times but here goes.
I want someone to help me get things straight on my diet. I want to gain size, bulk, but I don't want to increase my BF%. I made up a diet plan already that kinda goes like this....Breakfeast:" 1-cup oats, 2-slices wheat bread w/ natural pb, 4 egg whites and 2-cups fat free milk...snack: 1 cup brown rice w/ 1-chicken breast, 2-tbsp salsa and 1-2 glasses water...Lunch: lean steak -or- 2 chicken breast, broccoli, 1/2 cup rice..3 more snacks, 1 more meal none with any complex carbs at all, ie tuna, protein bar, chicken, green veggi etc.
Am I on the right track??
