ingredient (7,5b-Cholesten-2b,3b,14a,20R,22R,25-hexol-6-one).
620 mg per serving
take 1-2 tablets in the am before eating wiht 8oz of water
its for a month
is that to much for a daily dose
and has anyone took this before
