Help! Customs came to my apartment

I would NOT call them, the wind blew the card off your door, keep everything clean and double check to make sure and i would contact source to send to another addy and be careful what you say on your phone too. For them to come knocking you never know how far they might go.

i had the FDA visit an addy i had been using a few times last summer. same deal, the just kept leaving a business card. after a while they will go away.

if you were in trouble they wouldn't give you a heads up like leaving a business card to give you time to clear your house and every other place out.

if you don't answer them they will begin to tell you that you're in no trouble and that they want to talk to you. they just want some info. what i don't know but i'm sure you can figure out the direction they will go.

just ignore the card and don't make the call.

and i question the wisdom of telling anybody not to talk to an attorney proir to speaking with any fed. worse case, your out a bit of money that you didn't need to spend. yeah, you make look guilty, but you are guilty. why bother adding to your problems? ? ?

why did you call them? everyone said not to. remember when you go in and answer questions anything you say can and will be used against you. even if they tell you they are building a case against someone else they can also charge you. Tell them your lawyer has advised you not to talk to them and make them subpoena you. If you get involved you are bringing trouble your way.

Ok, I went ahead and called them. They said I wasn't in trouble and customs is not after me. I made an apointment to come down and answer a few questions on their request not mine. It's not about my recent gift to my friend, if you know what I mean. They are trying to build a case against an old source. Get this: They called our Team Lawyer to let them know what was going on. So I asked the agent in charge again to make sure I wasn't in any kind of trouble and he said no, but if I didn't coorperate I'd have to go before a grand jury. They even knew I had a game this weekend and were willing to work around my hectic schedule if needed. Get this: They called our Team Lawyer to let them know what was going on. Do NOT help them without talking to a lawyer. Only talk through them with a lawyer!! Please do not talk to them without a lawyer PRESENT! They are scumbags and will lie to you to get you. Forget about them! I cannot believe you would help to prosecute a source!!!!

Dude, all I can say is your a complete IDIOT!!! You shouldn't have called them back. Now your going to go down there and they will either get info. on someone else or you. That's their job and their good at it. They lie all the time and they are not out to help you.
