Help! Customs came to my apartment

Don't call them back ever!!! Keep your place clean for a while and don't order anything to that addy again. They don't have anything on you or they wouldn't leave a business card in your door tipping you off. If they do come back don't answer any questions at all! Just shut the door on them or don't answer it If your in trouble they will arrest you, if not the only way they will get anything from you is if you tell them. Never say anything to them at all ever!!!

First of all, we all ignore customs letters, so why answer this? If they come back, hand them your atty's business card.

Second, I agree with joeyz.......a number of board members have been contacted by authorities about certain busted sources who had names of customers on record. 2 days is way too quick.
Answer is the same.......no answer.

i personally think, they dont give a shit about you, what you ordered or how small your testicles have shrunk now. I am sure there just trying to build a case against someones operation. Im sure they have more things to worry about like say terrorist or drugs like meth, X chemcial suppliers, than joe schow who wants to improve his bicep curls. Drink a couple of beers, clean out your computer, water your lawn, and act like there speaking a foreign language.

I think I'm going to do what Ironmaster suggested. We don't respond the letters so why respond to this? And I agree that if they really wanted me they wouldn't have tipped me off, now my place is clean, so if they had something before, it's gone now. I figure worst case I keep ignoring them, at the absolute worst, they get a search warrant, but my place is clean, and then they have nothing. Odds are I'm freaking out over hardly anything, but its still is very sketchy. 2 days from when I put out my order does seem really fast IMO, I can't imagine it could be processed this quick.

They have nothing on you if they didnt bust your door down. Just admit nothing and your cool. If they say we just want to verify some information with you dont because the info can be used against you. Call them if you like and ask why they left a card on your doorstep. If they ask about the money tell them what money. If you admit to nothing they cant do anything to ya. Just turn there questions into yours after a few they will get pissed off and quit asking questions.

I agree with ironmaster as well on this one. If you dont care about the card and are not curious why it was left at your place then screw it. The only thing is if they came by your place and left the card with a note asking you to call them they might be back again down the road. So why not get it over with now.

Just ask Rick Collins he will tell you give them nothing but your name and your attorneys name, thats it. So dont answer there questions, ask your own.

I'm not going to lie, I'm shitting my fucking pants on this one! I'm sure they're just going to let me know that the opened my letter with the money inside, then they'll ask me who and what's it for. I have no clue how to answer that, which is why I don't want to call in the first place.
HEY! ARE YOU LISTENING? You "have no clue how to answer that"? SAY NOTHING!! That's you're answer. Exercise your fifth amendment right to stay silent. Say "I have nothing to say to you at this time".

Listen to these guys man. They've been there and done that.

Ok, I went ahead and called them. They said I wasn't in trouble and customs is not after me. I made an apointment to come down and answer a few questions on their request not mine. It's not about my recent gift to my friend, if you know what I mean. They are trying to build a case against an old source. Get this: They called our Team Lawyer to let them know what was going on. So I asked the agent in charge again to make sure I wasn't in any kind of trouble and he said no, but if I didn't coorperate I'd have to go before a grand jury. They even knew I had a game this weekend and were willing to work around my hectic schedule if needed.

Bro, before you walk into something that you're totally unprepared for and either give up more information than you should have or walk out in handcuffs yourself, do you, us and your team a favor and call Rick Collins www.steroidlaw.com (516)294-0300
