Help - Constipation

the psyllium will help. The fiber one cereal will definitely help but I believe is high in aspartame. Go to your local health food store and check out their cereals. They will have several you can mix and match. Those high fiber cereals will solve the problem. Drink tons of water of course.

I like to use Fiber Smart, it's made by a company called Renew Life. My doctor told me to get some when I was dieting for a contest. It contains no psyllium, but it's made from flax fiber and it has L-Glutamine in it. It's not bad tasting at all. I love it!! It's a high quality product I recommend to everyone. Check your local health food store.

Prune Juice works wonders- the carbs are fructose so not horrible unless you overdo it (won't spike insulin).

also, American Health brand papaya plus broad spectrum digestive enzyme pills.

if you're not afraid of the carbs or are loading, OD on phosphagen HP once or twice a week (like 2 or 3 times the label dose- but start with 2 to gauge effect). If this doesn't have you splattering the walls nothing will.

I agree on the psyllum husk (i use metamucil brand).

p.s.- when you're on a strict diet, your body tries to hold on to as much nutrient material as possible because it figures you're in a forest somewhere surrounded by tigers and unable to get food. It doesn't know you're just a vain MF'er trying to lose a few extra bf% points to see an extra vein or two :D .

so in terms of immediate appearence (as well as long term success of the diet), _starvation_ dieting isn't the answer.

If all else fails use Uncle Dragon's toilet clogger recipe:

1 bunch of kale
1 bunch of collard greens
1 tblsp crushed garlic
2 tblsp olive oil

Rinse collards and kale well in a large bowl of cold water. Drain and cut off the tough stems. There will be about 3/4 pound of each green. Cut leaves into 1/4-inch strips. There will be 6 to 8 tightly packed cups.
In a well-seasoned pan, heat the olive oil over moderately high heat. Add the garlic and cook, stirring, 30 seconds. Add half of the greens and cook, stirring, 30 seconds. Add half of the greens and cook stirring, for about 1 minutes, until they begin to wilt. Add the remaining greens and cook, stirring constantly, for 8 to 10 minutes, until the greens darken slightly and are fairly tender.
Season with the salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

If THAT doesn't do it I suggest surgery ;)

There are two kind of fibers soluble and insoluble fibre one i believe cleans your intestenal tract and the other cleans your blood oatmeal is known for cleaning your blood and will bind you
up. but at 150 grams of carbs that = 600 calories I dont no what else your eating but I believe you need alot more carbs then that to grow. whole wheat is insoluble and will help you to the bathroom
