Help - Constipation

Man, I´ve been having trouble getting bowel movements... and it´s been getting worse lately.

Before, I was able to go to the bathroom every morning after waking up. Right now, I´m struggling more, I can go once like every two days. I´d really like to know what´s going on.

I guess I have plenty of fiber, I have like 150 grams carbs everyday and there´s plenty of fiber there (beans, oats, fruit)

What else can I do to make my GI tract more efficient??

I get bloated due to not getting enough bowel movements either.. and it sucks!

Any help would be appreciated

PS - I´m all natural, no steroids, or anything
 
I can´t believe there´s no one here who´s had problems and found out a good solution to this???

I know this post is off topic bue the anabolic board seems to be so well populated...

what about psyllium husk or something alike? taking one cap between meals with water, should it be enough?

I really need a few tips, and I don´t wanna up the carbs a lot (cutting)...
 
You can get more fiber from a bran cereal too. In the breakfast food aisle there are all kinds of fiber-rich cereals. I use a 100% wheat bran that I add some to my cream of wheat in the morning. Also, La Tortilla Factory has yummy low-carb tortillas that have about 9g fiber.

Are you getting enough water? Dehydration will bloat you AND make "going" hard.

I feel bloated too, but my water intake is pretty high I think, about 4 to 5 liters a day...

I wouldn´t like to go the "lax" way, because it´s said that it only makes the problem worse in the long run...

Although I eat oat bran regularly and such, I will try and up a little more the fiber and see what happens...
 
My protien shakes give me the green apple spatters. Guarenteed to make me squirt 3 times a day.
