Help, can't eat 6 meals a day, but still trying to diet and look good.

I'm currently a 20 yr old college student home for my summer break. Whenever I get home I immediately hit the gym, and in the course of 4 months I start to look pretty good. Last summer I dropped about twenty pounds and looked pretty big because of all the working out and b-ball after my workouts. Then I get back to school, and it all rolls down hill:bawling: Now that I'm back, I've bben working out pretty hard for two months now. I work out at night b/c of my job that requires me to wake up early and I am the farthest thing from a morning person. I only eat three meals a day. I have oatmeal for breakfast regularly, that's the largest carb boost I take currently, except for cheat days. Then it's turkey, chicken, tuna, etc.; something with max protein and min carbs. I have not been taking the same weight off that I was last summer. I am currently 5"11 260. I have a decent muscle bas from HS athletics, but I have a belly and flabby chest, with decent muscel definition under it. I would like to ask anyone, what would be the best for me to do, not only now for the summer, but also when I get back to school. Remember, I don't have that much $$ I'm a college student, so I can't buy all that many suppliments and so on.
