Hi there

I've been working with one of Omega's workout programs for a while now but it's time to switch things up since i've been using it for a couple of months.

Does anyone know of any good online resources to help build a strong workout program?

thanks!
Steve

I am not too familiar with Omega's program. If I am not mistaken he uses higher volume and some partial movements and tension techniques? Also an emphasis on TUT? I am sure he puts you through phases of accumulation and intensification?

What would you like to accomplish with your training at this time?

OMEGA's program is pretty high volume. If you want to mix it up, try some heavy lifting, low volume training.

lol

you're a good knowledgeable bro...dnt sell yourself short

Oh no bro. Not selling myself short. I just know that 99% of the people I see in gyms and most bros on here train with an ass ton of volume. Usually when you switch from high volume to low volume and vice versa the gains start again.

I do prefer heavy weights and low volume myself:evil::biggrin:
