My sincerest apologies to all who were offended. However, I did read the TOS thouroughly, and I am slightly confused as I see no part of it where I was in violation. I simply expressed my opinion that it is in poor taste to solicit money, which I still believe. But, it is not a matter of such great importance that I cant just let it go. After all, it is your money, part with it in any way you see fit.

Hmmm, you claim to be an attorney, and you also claim to have read the TOS and didnt see where you were in violation?

Here is a quote from the SECOND paragraph of the TOS

"You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this Forum to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law."

Your post made direct defamatory remarks to B FOLD. They were inaccurate to say the very least.

They only want the best competitors at this contest...and the promoter emailed me a week before he sent the entry form out so to ensure that I could register in time.

I just hope that I can put all the pieces together for this contest.
