Okay guys here is the deal! I have a bench comp coming up, is nothing serious is for school and just learned about it about 3 days ago. Is not really serious for me because is on Tuesday which is my bench day and tris so might as well do it. I just wanted to know some tips!!!. I think my max is 405lbs that is actually was going to be my first lift but this what I was thinking for warm ups 135x10, 225X10lbs, 315x3 and 365x1 then go head for my first lift 405lbs and the next two would see if I can squeeze 410 up to 420lbs. Any one have any suggestion for warm up??What should I do to prepare as far eating before the comp or something to get me more amp?? Any suggestions like I said again is nothing serious but you guys know more about competing etc........ thanx I apreciate the help!
