Help!!! Bench Press competetion coming up

Okay guys here is the deal! I have a bench comp coming up, is nothing serious is for school and just learned about it about 3 days ago. Is not really serious for me because is on Tuesday which is my bench day and tris so might as well do it. I just wanted to know some tips!!!. I think my max is 405lbs that is actually was going to be my first lift but this what I was thinking for warm ups 135x10, 225X10lbs, 315x3 and 365x1 then go head for my first lift 405lbs and the next two would see if I can squeeze 410 up to 420lbs. Any one have any suggestion for warm up??What should I do to prepare as far eating before the comp or something to get me more amp?? Any suggestions like I said again is nothing serious but you guys know more about competing etc........ thanx I apreciate the help!

change up your warmups, drop the 225x10 no need fot that, just wastes energy. if i were going into a meet knowing my current max was 405 my w/u and meet attempts would look like this: barx10, 135x10, 225x3, 315x1. my opener would be 385, my second would be 405-410, my third would be for a pr. no need to do the 365 warmup, and never open with your max. always open with a weight you can triple, or at least double. just my .02
 
There's no time now. But in the future take a week off before a comp and take it easy the week after. Get extra sleep and quality food. Don't do anything the day of teh comp that you have not done in the past. Like try that new shake and get the shits all damn day. lol, it didn't happen to me but you never know.
 
Thanx bro appreciate the info hopefully I do fine, I mean if I loose its all good, just like to compete no biggie and after the contest I would continue my work out lol, ending bench and tris
