help before starting cycle

I am going to be running a cycle of Andropen Decca and Sustanon for 12 weeks. I am going to use Sustanon at 550 mg per week and 500 mg of Decca per week.

QUestions:

1.) Should I use a anti-estrogen or serm at all during this cycle or jsut have one on hand in case I notice any gyno side effects?

2.) DO they really make the steroids less effective?

it's not ym first cycle i've run 275 mg of sustanon with 250 mg of decca for 10 weeks twice before with no problems... I am 5'8 200 lbs with 8-10% bf. I jsut recently cut from 220 for 16 weeks and was down to 4 % bf but I am on a normal diet now.

Do not run Nolva with Deca.
Aromatase Inhibitors DO NOT INHIBIT GAINS. They control water retention and some people confuse water with gains.
Use AIFM throughout the cycle and your PCT.
