Okay, forgive me, as I’m new to this. However, my head is spinning and I think I’m going crazy reading all of these diets.
I workout approximately 5 days a week, I’m 5’6 and 143LBS and I want to get cut. I suspect my BF is around 10 –12 percent (will know for sure tonight) regardless, can someone please suggest a diet and amounts?
I wouldn’t mind putting on a little weight however, I want to get cut. I can begin to see my abs and I’m stoked!
Should I cut out carbs, limit the carbs. Totally confused. One thing I know I was eating far too much fruit.
