Help anyone- My head is spinning!!

Okay, forgive me, as I’m new to this. However, my head is spinning and I think I’m going crazy reading all of these diets.

I workout approximately 5 days a week, I’m 5’6 and 143LBS and I want to get cut. I suspect my BF is around 10 –12 percent (will know for sure tonight) regardless, can someone please suggest a diet and amounts?

I wouldn’t mind putting on a little weight however, I want to get cut. I can begin to see my abs and I’m stoked!

Should I cut out carbs, limit the carbs. Totally confused. One thing I know I was eating far too much fruit.

Well, here is the thing, you're 143lbs. at this weight "cutting" would not be the best ideas. I would recommend you start a clean bulk-up: start w/ weight x 15 = 2145~2200 daily cal.
Protein 50%=275g protein per day
Carbs 30%=165g carbs per day
Fat 20%=50g fat per day

per meal all you have to do is fit into these ratios: (considering you eat 6 meals): PER MEAL=>46g protein/28g carbs/9 g fat
EX MEAL: 1/2 cup oatmeal/2 scoops protein mixed in/ 1/5 cup walnut

Of course you can eat anything you want, as long as it abides by the simple ratios provided.

Thanks. Why do you recomend not doing a cutting diet?

Could you please give me a typical 6 meal plan how much weight will I gain?

I was assuming you're a MALE, are you male or female? if male then 143lbs. is WAY underweight for your height; 155 is your target.

Well, I'm concerned that if I put on a lot of weight I'll become fat...and I don't want to get back there!

I appreciate any info....

NYC: An appetite supressant "stack" consisting of norephedrine, yohimbine, and caffiene.

Test: Testosterone. A steroid.

EQ: Equipoise. See above.

Var: Anavar, also known as Oxandrolone. See above.

Arimidex: An anti-estrogen. Used with the above.

CKD: Cyclical Ketogenic Diet. One eats fats and protein only for 5-6 days to induce a state of ketosis, then has a 1-2 day carb-up to replenish muscle glycogen, and keep the thyroid and leptin humming along.

ECA: An appetite supressant "stack" consisting of ephedrine, caffiene, and aspirin, although the asprin's nescessity is debatable.

EFA: Essential Fatty Acid. Flax oil is a good example of a food high in EFA's.

DNP: 2,4 Dinitrophenol. An industrial chemical with dieting applications. It makes oxidative phosphorylation less efficient on a cellular level, which translates to about a 50% increase in metabolism. Very very dangerous stuff.
 
ummagumma you need some more weight on you, i am 5'7" and use to weight 155... I thought i looked too skinny... so now i am almost 175 and still bulking, my target being 180. Once that's over ill be cutting. ;)
