Kidney failure = ankle swelling, painful urination, blood in urine

Liver failure = dark discolored urine, jaundice (yellowing of the eyes, skin, fingernails), blood in the urine.

Winny by itself won't cause such severe complications, unless you have pre-existing liver dysfunction.
