Ok guys/gals I know I rarely post but I have another question on my stack this time.

I have purchased 1 AD(ERGOPHARM), 4 OH Deca(VPX), Xenadrine NRG(Cytodyne), Opti-Men Multi(Optimum Nutrition), NO-Explode(BSN), Nitric Suspension (German-American).


I take Xenadrine,Nitric Suspension, Opti-men first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

1 AD,1cc of 4 OH after breakfast.
1 AD, 1cc of 4OH, Nitric Suspension, and a scoop of NO-explode before workout.
1 AD, 1cc of 4 OH,NO-explode scoop 1 hr after workout

I don't take a Powder Protein at this time but I do eat more then 220gr of protein a day.(2 cans chicken breast 3 tuna) or (7tuna) Problem is besides a big bowl of mixed veggies and the daily morning grape juice thats all I eat 6 days a week. I have a cheat day once a week where I eat all the foods I like such as Pizza, Burgers, fries, soda, kool-aid, stuff like that all day lol. I didn't plan on being on a low carb diet but it just fell in that way. after eating all that protein I can barely eat much more. What do you think about my diet?

chicken breast(members mark Sams club)75gr
Tuna(Starkist chunk light) 32.5 per can
frozen mixed vegetables (1 bowl full a day)

What do I need to add this diet is almost higher protein then it is calories. I could see this working for some one who want's to lose weight but Im trying to lean out and bulk up at the same time.




I train hard and do Cardio only 2 times a week now.


I am 5'8 193 don't know my bf% I have been working out for 4 years now.


I do Cardio 2 times a week I run outside 2.5miles on Monday and on Friday I do 3.5 miles.(Cardio is done on an empty stomach)

I have purchased an exercise bike and I ride it for 20 minutes 5 days a week before I go to sleep.

I go to the gym 4 times a week

Tues: 4 hrs after cardio

Biceps & Upper/Lower back(curls,preacher curls,curls with pulley,seated rows,reverse situps,i use the back machine)
all exercises are done in sets of 6 from highest weight down to the lowest.

Wed:4 hrs after cardio

I do Chest(Flat bench,Incline,Vertical,flys,Weighted Dips,pushups,these things where i lay down and take to dumbells and press them up,this machine where i spread my arms wide then inside again).
All exercise are done in sets of 6 from highest weight down to lowest.

Thurs:4 hrs after cardio

I do triceps and abs (Pulldowns with rope,pushbacks with dumbell,pulldowns on knees,reverse pushups,dips,leg lifts,leg lifts laying down,crunches,side crunches)
All exercises are done in sets of 5 from highes weight or highest known rep.


Friday:
Legs(squats,leg curls,leg presses,leg extension,hacks,and these things where i knell down and pick up to dumbells)

The most painfull of all.I do 10 sets of squats,hacks,and I do 10 sets of leg presses with my feet at diffrent angles and I also finish off by taking some weight off and doing 1 leg at a time. I would do cardio the next morning but my legs hurt so much the next morning I cant do it lol.


I need some advice on my stack and tell me if I'm missing anything or taking to much... So far I haven't had any troubles.

Also I liked the 1-T-AQ product I just cycled off of it gave me a leaner apperance and also a better pump.

The Nitric Suspension is my favorite NO2 supp. Its alot better then that MR1 crap.

I'm dissapointed with the thermo fat burner from GNC I just cycled off of.

I am going to replace my plain creatine with the fruit punch flavored N02.

I liked the GNC multi I just cycled off of but I hear good things on Optimum.







I need your advice on all of this tell me if I'm doing something wrong. Thank you.
 
You cycled off of a multi-vitamin??? I didn't know that multi-vitamins were done in cycles! LOL. Just kidding bro. Anyway, I noticed that you mentioned you don't take protein powder at this time. Well, one of the most important things to do after working out (within 30 minutes) is to consume protein that is quickly absorbed. Hence the need for a protein powder. Eating tuna or chicken will not get the protein in there fast enough. With all the money you're spending on supps, protein should be high on your list. Just my .02.
 
ll go ahead and add protein powder to it. The thing on the protein powder is that I didn't think I neded it but now that I see they absorb quicker I'll pick me some up. Can you give me any advice on the 1ad deca stack with NO explode and N02.
 
What happened here, you got two handles?? I thought you were hillsidenatiboy. Anyway, I'm not two keen on the pro-hormones bro, but if you go to the supplement board you might find some answers. Good luck!
