Ok so lets start with, I didn't realize I needed to include information on my post cycle, as I was simply asking how I would know if the Dbol would have kicked in already.

From what I read on several places, here being one of them when I asked about it Milk was a good way to increase protein amount easily.
I've tried just changing my diet and working out, and it doesn't seem to work. I try and force myself to eat and all I get is a stomach ache. As I pointed out, Dbol has changed that so I've started eating every 2 hours. If eggs and oatmeal are a bad way to start the day, then please tell everywhere I read to wake up to that.
Deca has an age limit? I only started it because my friend suggest it.
HCG I know what it is, but I see several PTC's that don't include it....Clomid and Nolva seem to be what most people suggest.
And milk thistle is what I'm going to start taking to keep my liver healthy. I'm currently in Kuwait so I gotta do more shopping to find it...otherwise I'll just order it offline if I don't have it soon.
Can you please explain why I'm too young to take deca? This is my first cycle, and I thought all three were a bit much but I read where most people stop Dbol 4 weeks in as it is only used to boost until the deca and test E start up.
Goals, I want to put on roughly 20lbs after the water retention is gone. Will this cycle with a safe PCT not work?
And you are saying I should be seeing results already?
Deca is a big no no in your case. You will just end up with a nice pair of tits and a limp dick with no muscle mass and become an hrt patient.
But hey dont listen to the guy on the internet your friend has got you covered with no AI, No prolactin control, No proper PCT regiment and No on cycle support.

Get your training and diet to this level and then start thinking about juice
Now a note on juice. I started juicing when I was younger which I wish I would of waited for not because I was not ready ( I was allready squatting in 700, benching upper 400s, deadlifting upper 600s) but because once I started gear I never felt the same again. I looked at the average person and envied them being normal. I wanted to be normal but had to face the fact that I would never be normal again. It is the feeling when you walk in the gym and you can single yourself out and look at other people and just know that you are different. IT is a hard feeling to describe but it is almost like you are in a different world of your own once you have hopped on it.
Do yourself a favor and enjoy life right now. Enjoy being 22 with an ubundance of free test and a high sex drive. Enjoy being able to go out to eat and drink with friends.
Side note here: When you are on gear you can not drink or eat bad food. It is horrible to your liver and your heart. AAS decreases the amount of HDL in your blood stream. This means if you have a bad weekend and decide to drink beer and eat pizza you will be putting yourself at greater risk for clogging your arteries.
The time and the place will be there to start doing juice and maybe even in your case if you cycle recklessly HRT therapy.
Please do not continue juice. Do it for you health, your mental health, your life, the people around you. Your friends and family do not want to see you destroy your body, have horrible health side effects and become an HRT Patient. With the prospect of having children one day you should take that side note very seriously. Cycling recklessly can and will cause impotence..
