Few Questions :

Conventional vs HIT Training:
Which is better? The way I understand it, conventional training basically consists of lots of exercises which target more specific areas of the body with multiple sets and repititions. While HIT Training basically is more generalized exercises (Squats, BP..) with a single set until failure. I think I would personally prefer HIT, but that depends if it's good for me?

How Often to Train:
How often should I train? Which brings back the Conventional vs HIT debate, I've seen conventional routines that call for 4-5 days of workout against HIT routines that ask for 2-3?

Routine:
If anyone would be kind enough to make me a customized routine that would work my entire body in the least amount of time possible while maintaining high efficacity, I would be truly grateful. (This is one of the reason I think I would like HIT Training better...specially since it allows for more cardio time)

Thanks

what are your specific goals? this is a great place to find info..plenty that will help you out. just be specific

well everybody responds differently. i have come to realize its all about figuring out your body. once you've done that, there is no such thing as hardgainers.

personally since you say you're a beginner.. i would absolutely stay with compound movements for 6 months to a year. 2 or 3 days a week. Me personally 2 days a week is what i would do.
