Help a NEWB Out

Guys,

I'm not completely green to this stuff. Here is my past experience and stats:
I've done a couple of cycles of Clen/T3
I've done a cycle of Anavar/Winstrow (Quite Happy with that combo, I want to do it again)
I'm 6'0, 195lbs, 31 yrs old, 18% body fat

These are my goals and time line, what would you do in my situation?
I want to get up two 205lbs and drop my body fat to a lean 8-10%, 3-4 months

Anavar was great but sort of pricey is there something with minimum side affects but cheaper?
Winstrow was great (I'm a vball player and enjoyed being explosive) is there something easier on my hairline with similiar results?
Is there something else I should be taking as well? Or just the two? Also, I'm only into Oral gear...

It's 4 months til beach season, my diet and workouts are not a problem as I'm a Personal Trainer.

Here is my last problem, I'm in Canada and getting stuff can be challenging?

Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated. PM's recommended.

Im going to have to disagree with this. The key to fat burning a workout that takes advantage of EPOC (Excess post-exercise oxygen consumption). HIIT/Tabata/CF style stuff smokes "cardio" in every way imaginable.

Its only downside is that its so demanding it can interfere with your hypertrophy/strength workouts. You generally have to scale back a bit on strength work or you will overtrain quickly. You combine EPOC generating workouts with the diet tips in Radars link and the results are amazing.

P.S. Radar, not that I have anything against Quinoa but I have found Barley to be an even better sub for rice and oats. It isnt gluten free however but does seem to have a different gluten than wheat.
 
diet and exercise.. unfortunately most people want to believe that taking a pill is gonna make them lose weight. we all want to believe in something i suppose.. heck I can remember when i was a kid i believed in santa claus.

i would do 1 mile per day of walking and running. and clean up your diet. specifically lose the dairy, fats, salts, sugars. and sub in lots of veggies and fruit.

living in canada i know your diets up there are even worse then americans cause you eat a lot of frozen food and very little or no fiber.
 
my point was that roids are not the fix lol I lost 50 lbs over summer break in high school just by dieting and doing cardio everyday I used to be fat

i have a similar story except I was a powerlifter in high school and ran A LOT and was in sensational shape. then got a full time career and let myself gooooooooooo although I still lifted weights my bf% went through the roof. by the time I was in my mid 20's I looked at myself in the mirror and had enough. my diet was no breakfast, white pasta for lunch, steak and cookies/milk for dinner.. and then chocolate milk before bed. and gatorade and/or iced tea (the crap kind)... I threw all my crap away that was in my fridge and pantry. started eating a lot of fiber, absolutely no cheating. fruits, veggies, lean chicken/turkey .. drank tons of water, and I lost 30 pounds in 5 weeks.

it can be done and done quickly with discipline and a goal.

I too have had a similiar story. I know how my body reacts to certain things (Diet/Cardio/Gear)

I will change my diet, increase my cardio but at the same time I plan on doing a cycle to help speed up the process. Plus achieve a nice hardened/vascular look, with some much needed extra strength for sports.

I DONT need help with the working out or the diet.

I DO need help with the gear, any recommendations on what to take and how much/how long to help put on some muscle, lose some fat?

Maybe my goals are a little far fetched but still something to shoot for, PLEASE HELP OUT!
 
there isn't a cycle that will put on muscle and lose some fat bro. if there was then life would be simple.

you need to lose the fat FIRST, then build a base. then shoot for a cycle. that is the way to do it.

Thank you and that's what I plan on doing. The whole point of the post was to try and figure out what to take once I do that.

Any suggestions?
 
Bro can you post what your diet and training regiment look like? As far as juice why oral only? Oils are far much better! Anyway that doesn't answer your questions...I'd look into tbol you'll put on little weight but it will be lean (again as long as your diet is in check) and it gives great strength gains. Other ones that Will aid you reach your goals are epistrong, that will dry you out with nice muscle/strength gains. Katanadrol is great for a cut as well..hell stack them and your good to go. Also if your really gonna do a oral only cycle I'd advise on running N2guard.

What kind of pct did you do for your previous cycles? What certification do you have as a PT? Just curious as I'm looking into it myself..
 
if you were happy with your anavar/winny cycle then why not do it again? throw in some test this time though.

Ok, that was the plan, I was just going to see if there were any alternatives that were cheaper or better?

How much of the Anavar/winny/test do you recommend?
