Help a brother out with SEX DRIVE ?!!!?!

I have been on proscar since 1996. my sex drive is getting worse…is there anything I can take OTC to help? I am also getting gyno. I have thought Vitex, TRIBEX OR FUZU and calcium d-glucarate may help…PLEASE need advice

More info about your condition may help. Why have you been taking Proscar so long?

DHT acts as an anti-estrogen in the body so by inhibiting it too much this may be causing your estrogen to get too high, aggravating the gyno. You need to get some hormone work done and then take it from there with a good doc. If your condition will not allow for more androgens you probably could use an anti-e like arimidex or nolvadex. Which one make the most sense for you should probably be disussed with the doc.

As far as sex drive goes, maybe some maca, tribulus, deprenyl or bromo (outside of androgens).

I am not an expert on this. I just started clomid about two weeks ago. Running the clomid, MACA and saw palmetto brought my drive and ability to finish. If you are getting gyno, you definitely need an anti-e. See a doc asap.

As well dht is the main hormone responsible for sex drive and proscar has been shown to decrease sex drive in users.

BACKGROUND...

I was 20 when I started 1.25 mg proscar in november 96 I was not bald and I am not bald today..
It worked great for the first 2 years, I would say if I lost anything it was minimal.
Then I started noticing some loss but it was very gradual and slow.
Last year about 11 months agao, I got an RX for 5mg proscar, with my copay is 10$ a month so I started taking 5mg/day. Since then my libido which was getting worse before, has gotten worse and my hair loss has continued, albiet slowly.
It seems after year 2, the hair saving effect started to wear off and the side effects started to get worse.
NOW MY NIPPLES ARE CONSTANTLY SORE AND I AM STILL LOSING HAIR.
I WANT TO TRY DUTASTERIDE BUT I CAN ONLY IMAGINE HOW MUCH WORSE MY SEX DRIVE AND GYNO WILL GET WHEN I ALMOST COMPLETELY DESTROY ALL THE DHT IN MY BODY!

THIS IS LIKE CHEMICAL CASTRATION!
