what I did until I totally got it was I'd read it, I'd try it, I'd practice it then I'd come back and read it again and adjust on certain exercises until I had the mind muscle connection down the way it aught to be. =)
Wow guys... good stuff! I am very honored to be in this program with good people, and I'll do my best to give "the young man" a run for his money, as we both are the same age and have had a similar base.
I made several educated guesses as to what this program would involve and none of them even came close! Omega sir I did not believe your statement that I would learn a decade of knowledge but I have already gotten at least a year or two from reading what material I have.
Very eager to start up in the next week or two, until then I must continue studying

Kinda like a really good movie that you think you really know but everytime you see it something new jumps out at you that you coulda sworn wasn't there before.
You will love this program! I feel like I have a new lease on life. Welcome.
