Hello. Im a new member. Forum looks good.
Heres alittle about myself
I am running a cycle now:
Naposim Dianabol 30mg ed
GTP Deca 300mg every 5 days
Sustanon every 5 days.

I eat well, though im not happy with my current protein intake. But, i guess we all have at least ONE thing to work on.
Training is as such
Monday: Sholders, Traps, Abs
Wednesday: Legs,Calves, Chest
Friday: Tris, Sholders Lats and some chest if i can

I know that is not the MOST PERFECT workout, but so far, after 8 days on my cycle, i have put on about 9-10 pounds. I do a 5x5 workout. If anyone has any input to my workout or anything at all, please let me know. Good to be here.
