I am new to this board, but not new to the game. I have been reading alot on this forum lately and realized it is alot better than another I was at. It doesn't seem to have much flaming and people are alot more willing to help out others.
A bit of background on me for future reference
Age:22
Weight: 210 lbs
Height: 6'3"
BF% : <10
Strengths: Shoulders, Arms, Back
Weaknesses: Calves, Wheels, Chest
(I have broken my right ankle 3 times so it takes alot for it to build up my calf)
(Wheels get big, but I can never get the definition I would like)
(Chest has gotten better over the past few years)
Yrs Training: ~5 yrs
Cycle Exp: (2) 5 week Test and Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - -Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - to get a feel for things
(1) 12 week Test/Deca Test/Sustanon/Winstrol
(1) 8 week Finaplix - trenbolone acetate - /Winstrol
I dont feel that posting dosage would be beneficial cause newbies may try these doses and seriously mess themselves up. I have done what works for me and have seen excellent results.
Looking to start a winter bulk cycle pretty soon, just hanging low for awhile.
It is late (almost 3 am), that is all I can think of to write, and will prolly look at this tomorrow and be like, what the hell was I thinking. Anyways looking to further my knowledge and help out those that I can.
