Do not make the mistake of sounding like a HIT'er and espousing only one training philosophy.
i don't actually train 5x5 myself... it's just that this guy has been told to follow a very fine training program which is pretty well suited to him... as a relatively inexperienced lifter, the intermediate version is a good starting point - not too many will argue with that. and what does he do? he comes back with a variation of the original split.

ofcourse i listened to it and i am doing it right now.......but discussing routines is a must.. u must know every thing ....also u must change every while
 
For what it's worth, what you do in the gym isn't really THAT important so long as you're doing the basics

out of gym factors, and of course genetics, are more important imo. Don't overstress yourself looking for a perfect routine because there isnt a magic exercise or workout that'll let you become more than you can be.
