hope u all will be fine
i m new to site not to body building and its been over 8 years but i gave up excersize almost 1 year back
now want to start again
now i intend to take isteroids
plz note i m not taking excercise since 10 to 10 months
so is any one can guide me and advice what to use as i m taking diet as below
Breakfast rice pudding with 6 egg whites
Meal 2 Rice with boiled chicken and green vegetable
Meal 3 same as meal 2
Meal 4 same as meal 2
Meal 5 rice with fish/beef/pork with vegetable
meal 6 same as meal 5.
one tablespoon of olive oil on every second meal. Eat lots of vegetables. when get bored with rice, instead i have potato, polenta, cracked wheat, chick peas, beans, lentils. Have 1 full cup of rice or its substitute each meal. One full cup of diced chciken/fish/pork or beef with each meal, and one full cup of diced vegetable with each meal.
Drink 4 litres of water every day.

Yeah... you are going to do what you want, but be a little smarter and break yourself back into it being natural. If you get back into it with juice, I guarantee you'll have an injured shoulder or something within a month. Then you just wasted a cycle. Don't use steroids as a crutch for motivation, you should want to work out on or off cycle... not need a cycle to work out.

Other than that, your diet looks ok, ya know? Getting carbs and proteins... throw in some nuts, like almonds, for healthy fats, too.

the whole cycle is laid out with just capsules....i reckon you have bought a bunch of con-job supplements.

^^^Haha con-job supplements. Op deca and trenbolone are injectables, dbol is a pill but I'm sure if you got them at the same place they are fake also.

i do not know any thing about isteroids as here in my country we do not have any proper research
what ever a person want to use can use cuz all the stuff is easily avaialabe
many guys have used and got the side effects
reason behind posting all my situation to this to have the proper CYCLE / PCT whish u people will advise i will start taking that's another cause to join the site
i hop u people understand and reply me a cycle / pct that's fit for a person like me
one more thing that i m too short for the stuff
the moment i gave up taking excercise i then do not eat on time and skip often but when taking excercise then i take each n every thing on time.

waiting for your reply for a cycle that can help me to be a model as i m offered to be a model but need to set my physic first
i hope now u people will help me out.
