Hey everyone.

Been a long time since using anything.

Was at 6'0 215 now am down to 206. 12 % bf

Looking to run helladrol at
100 mgs for 6 weeks with 25 mgs test prop / day.

Diet is 2100 calories . Looking to cut to 195.

Weights 5 days a week for 45 min with 30 min cardio to finish
Thoughts ?

I like it helladrol was alright with me gave me some good veins. Test looks good to go. Diet seems a little low cal for being such an active individual
 
208 today. Feeling full , and some muscle hardness

Today's activities 4 hours intense quadding ( racing , very good cardio)

45 min back workout .

Calories every day remain at 2100

I think you could make it work especially with a TEST base,,I myself
would use at minimum 50mg of the TEST PROP day or 100-150MG EOD
 
Endurance and energy are up muscle pumps doing arms today were huge.
Went quadding afterwords and had a hard time holding on over the whoops due to forearm pumps.
