Helladrol gains

I'm 12 days into my helladrol cycle, and I know people say strength really comes in around 3 weeks, but what about weight gains? I gained 4 lbs the first 4 days, but have actually lost a pound of that the last 2 days. I'm running it at 75 right now.
My calories are just about 3k/day. I don't know if the first gains were the shock of me starting hdrol or maybe the food as I am tracking what I eat on "my fitness pal" now. But not sure about why the gains stopped and actually went backward now.
 
Helladrol is really good for recomping, you most likely will add muscle and burn fat at the same time or do one faster than the other depending on calories.

As long as you're getting stronger each day, it's working.
 
You can up your dosage to 100 And some people run it at 125 as long as you have a good liver sup you will be fine
 
stop worrying so much about what the scale says.. too many newbs worry about that. AAS that aromatize like test, dbol for example can give the impression you are gaining when its just water. whats the point of putting on water?/ its just gonna make you look bloated and it will go away when you come off anyway

sounds like 3 pounds in a short time is very solid for a dry compound.. i would be very pleased assuming you already have a solid base.
 
The first few days it is normal to gain 4 or 5 lbs as your body is taking on more glycogen and water from the extra hormones in your body. After that, things tend to stay pretty constant until everything is kicking in. For Helladrol its around week 3. You are jumping the gun and expecting too much too quick. Give it time, stay on track with diet and training, and watch your performance in the gym and the mirror. ... not the scale. That scale can tell the wrong story far too often.

I never said it was of fat, but the scale did go down a lb in 2 days. One day I ended up 500 calories shy so that didn't help I know. But like guys say, I should put so much emphasis on the scale at this point. I'm coming up on my 2 weeks so I'm still optimistic. Seeing gradual physical changes already. I'm just hoping to gain lean mass!

Once you start gauging your results on what you see in the mirror, instead of what you see on the scale, you will be much happier. Helladrol is a kick ass compound that will change your body comp if you put in the work / diet
 
Im in week six and am happy with results so far. Week 3/4 u will start getting strength gains. I loved it!! Gained 8lbs and lost fat so a higher net muscle gain. Its definately as good as what its said to be. Im running at high protein and high complex carbs and still got good recomposition. Make sure to bust ass at the gym and u will feel as satisfied as i am. Good luck

My weight is all over the place on a cycle. So hard to guage whats really happeneing. You're almost to the fun part of the hella cycle though. Hope all is well

Ha. My mistake, you said a pound of THAT, not FAT. lol
 
I'm at 75, and I think I'm planning on keeping it at 75 through the end of 6 weeks. I'm kind of cautious and thinking 100 might just do more harm than good, but I might change my mind later.
 
Does Helladrol cause cramping? I've been getting way more cramps than usual, mostly in the shoulder joint which I have never gotten before, but also other random crampings like in the foot, calf, etc.
Any suggestions? I am eating the occasional banana and potatoes for potassium, also fish oil, any other suggestions?
 
Only time i got cramps was sometimes doin he ab abductor got them in the arch of my foot. Get ready b cuz the strength is bout to kick in. U will like it and make good progress.

I ran it 75/75/100/100/125/125 (6 weeks)

Started about 11% bodyfat and ended at 7.5% and the same weight as when I started

sweet, im starting a helladrol anavar stack myself for a recomp, currently sitting at 12% looking to get to 8% in 7 weeks so good to know it's possible thanks
 
The shoulder pain could be from adding more plates to the bar brother. It happened to me on the helladrol too. The strength gains were awesome on that cycle. 100 was almost too much for me to handle at times and it made cardio impossible. 75 was the sweet spot for sure. The real fun begins week 4 just kill the diet but pay attention to your body because there is no doubt you will be way fucking stronger at the end of this cycle. Good Luck bro !!!
 
So I wanted to see what you guys thought. If I'm taking say 75 of helladrol and I take 2 of the caps in the morning and 1 afternoon, wouldn't it be a little better and less harsh on my liver if I take it on 3 separate doses throughout the day that way I'm getting 25 at a time and not just a rush of 50 at one time passing through my liver? Also, wouldn't this help keep levels slightly more stable and balanced?
 
Idk bout liver protection but i believe helladrol has a long half life so it wont make much difference....could b remembering wrong tho. I found that at that dose taking 2 an hour before working out gave me optimal workouts....u may b different tho...

The weirdest damn thing on this hdrol run. I'm in week 5 now and just bumped to 100, but I've been getting muscle cramps throughout this whole cycle. From calf to neck, back, thighs, etc. just cramping all the time. Taking bananas and taurine at 2g a day, but this cramping is weird.
 
I just wanted to give a final input on how my log went. Finished my 6 weeks yesterday.
Started at 166 lbs, ended at 173.5.
I didn't gain as much as I wanted, but I did get a lot stronger and recomp was insane. I didn't take bf% and wish I would have. I had 3 different people joke with me asking if I was on the "juice" which was my proof it worked! Starting pct today, hope my body maintains my look.
 
Sex drive is down, it's there, but not nearly as much.
I'm doing for pct:

DAA/long jack

The weirdest thing today, I'm in day 3 of pct and just lifted a personal best on my bench max. Thought me strength would dip a little already but I guess it's still in my system.
Not sure if this is typical or not?
