Hell yeah!

yeah where have you been hiding?

i think pretty much everyone on here does shrugs with more than that. it's respectable, but i wouldn't run around the board like, check me out. just sayin.

LMAO....incline press, thilly billy.

Just concentrating on my work...keeping me busy....trying to kiss-up for a promotion...and as you may have seen, I am going back for the MBA.

What are you repping? Flat bench? I did 90`s on the incline for 5 about 6 months ago.

OK saw your post. good work.

good job beastboy. i can do the 100#'s too, but i'm 170lbs.

where have you been? BTW, michiganstatepolice.com site was resolved...
Fucking Liar! You can not!!!

Maybe you can, but I will always be better looking, and the mostest handsomeness.

Cool deal about the MSP.com.......what was done to resolve it?

that's a hell of a lot more than i can do. right now i'm still dropping the 75s on my face after the 6th rep. what are you putting up on OH press? you on the 85s yet?

I neglected to mention that I did 2 sets of the 100 DB's for 8.....that was on my 4 and 5th working set...just want to set the haters straighter. The shoulder I had surgery on is bugging me bit, though....

I also hit 405 on my deadlift.....trying for 450 in about 6 weeks.

I usually work up tp 80's for 6-8 for 2 sets......

My workouts have been the first 2 sets lower weight 12-15 reps...then 2 sets high weighr 6-8 reps.....and then a 5th drop set.

I think I could get the 85's on a first working set.....same with my DB press....prolly 110's not sure....plus I ain't got a spotter.

what are your deadlift working set weights/reps? i've never maxed out on them before but it's somewhere in the low 400s. i had accidentally typed out "low 4000s" but changed it because god knows people would've believed it. i didn't want all the PMs asking me for advice.

Something along these lines:

135 X 12-15...get a good stretch
225 X 12
315 X 8
365 X 1
405 X 1
315 X 4-6
225 X 12

LOL...dickhead.

Oh SSME......back day is by far my favorite day....i feel like I have exhausted my body beyond exhaustion...I love dropsets.

My arms have gotten pretty strong lately....and that is the body part I concentrate the least on........tells me something....others may be able to try the same approach.

hammer curls with the 80'. What ya think. Form sucked but ego hit well.

I believe it.....I can do 55-60's with good form....that is a 'conventional' curl, rather than hammer.

I find those poundages respectable. They appear real. I was over at bodybuilding.com the other day, and there are 16yr old kids claiming to bench 400lbs and squat 500lbs etc.
I should go over that and copy and paste their lies.

I feel a good tension and pump. Maybe one day i will hit the 100 on curls. I will try and try again. Once I got 185 BB curl, with a littl jerk lift.

How do you properly do hammer curls? I was doing them the other day and I'm not sure if I do them right.

Arms to the side.....lift DB with palms facing your side......do not swing it like you are throwing a sack of shit over your shoulder.

Back straight, elbows back, palms facing in, lift weight until top of lift ( not to far up), use ARNIE bar if possible, and squeeze the hand.

yeah instead, swing it like you're shoveling the biggest clump of snow ever. i use two hands if i have to. just as long as the weight gets up and other people are there to witness it.

the most important thing is to keep the elbows forward and maintain an arced path of the dumbell, rather than straight up and down

you've gotta get your whole body into them. get a running start if you have to. i do more of a granny bowling motion when i do them with the db starting off lying on the floor.

O.K...Grab the DB run with it. Stop suddenly, jerk it up and hope not to bust any part of the body....WHAT A JOKE

Tuc-Your massive bro! What's your bi/tri routine like?

don't have set routines, just low volume (4-6 sets) and stick to basic exercises with heavy weights and good form, but also try and never do the same workout twice in a row

For example, I work every body part on its own day, so I can hit em really hard.
I did 13 sets for my bi's earlier today. Low volume doesn't do shit for me.

I'm going to delete this thread if the attention diverts from me!!!! :fuckingpissed:

Landser...try 6-9 sets for your bi's/tri's.....it made a world of difference for me....less=more IMO when working on the smaller body parts.........

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

You are overtraing one of the smallest body parts.....cut it back and do what tuc said. You deadlift? Kill your back.....hell yoru bi's get so much of a workout on back day, they don't even need a day of their own.

okay...back to me.....My wein is getting pretty vascular.

my friend went from 150 pounds to 260 pounds and arms went up from toothpicks to 18 inches working out with me using low volume over a period of two years so it can work well for some

all my sets are very intense, I often do a couple of forced reps or 'rest-pause' reps

landser said:
I will take your advice then, but if my bi's get smaller I will kill you.

6-9 sets each...maybe try tri's after chest, and bi's after back. i like the prexhaust theory when it comes to arms.

back to me.......do they sell do it yourself lipo kits?

Did a buffet have anything to do with the weight gain?

Back to me........
