There are two versions of Helios (well really 3 so far).
Omega carries the injectable Helios made by Invader labs. Originally hypothesized by Dan Duchaine and created by Generic Labs (mainly in europe, very highly regarded UG lab), injectable Helios is 40mcg clenbuterol and 5.4mg yohimbine HCL per ml. It works wonders for stubborn fat deposits.
The other version of Helios was made by a Canadian UG lab called Innovagen Labs which uses 1mg Nicotine (about the dose in a cigarette), 100mg Caffeine5mg yohimbine Hcl and 5mg Albuterol in capsule form. This is FANTASTIC for overall fat loss, just as effective as the injectable Helios, but more user friendly as it can be taken orally and wont give the clenbuterol shakes (not quite as much) or migraines some persons get. However, if one is really looking to burn fat in a certain stubborn area, injectable Helios makes more sense. Would be interesting to see how a Femera - letrozole - /aromasin (not both Femera - letrozole - and aromasin) & inj. helios stack would fair against gynecomastia deposits. Perhaps those two with Epistane/Havoc/Methyl E/Humaguno would give someone the best shot as reducing or reversing gynecomastia.
Both help to spare muscle and give the user a more dense & vascular look.
Clenbuterol and Albuterol act as beta antagonists while the yohimbine acts as an alpha blocker. This combination REALLY mobilizes fat and turns up thermogenic activity. This is especially effective for females as they have many more alpha receptors compared to men - but make no mistake - taking either of these supplements will drastically reduce body fat with proper diet and cardio.
Hope this clears things up.
