Ok, im gonna really step up my game and try and gain 10-15 lbs naturally. Im gonna be sticking to a 4,510 clean calorie diet, and working out HARD with intesity 4/5 days a week.

Stats:

Age: 18
Height: 5'9"
Weight: 175
BF%: Dont know, but i have a 6 pack. Only fat i have is in love handles but my whole upper body is cut. Everywhere is cut except for my love handles...so id say 12%
Years Training: On and Off for 5 years
Bench: 225 x 5/6
Squat: 315 x 1
Deadlift: ??? Just starting...



Goals:
Weigh 190
Bench 295
Squat 375
Deadlift ?? Im jus starting to deadlift...


Diet:

Breakfast: 2 tbsp egg whites
2 cups milk
2 pieces bread
5 tbsp flax seed

Pre W/O: 50g whey

During W/O: gatorade

Post W/O: Shake
2 cups milk
Creatine

20 Min later: 50g whey
1 cup milk

Lunch: 2 cans tuna (oil)
3 tbsp mayo
2 pieces bread

Dinner: 6-8 oz lean meat
2 pieces bread
2 cups chopped broccoli

Snack: 6-8 oz lean meat
half cup almonds
2 cups chopped broccoli

Before bed: Xtreme Formulations Ultra Peptide 1 scoop

Training:

Monday:Chest, Bi's
Tuesday:Back, Tri's
Wednesday:OFF
Thursday:Shoulders (Traps)
Friday:LEGS
Saturday:OFF
Sunday:OFF

No supps except maybe a NO2 supp (I wanna try Amp02). Any advice before i start? Any more supps i should take to get me to 190?I start on MONDAY

nah what i think he means is theres alot of people who make journals and have goals in mind and we follow them but some times a person cant see the results from just numbers moving up and they forget to take before and after pics. that and its good motivation to do well
 
Best of wishes on your goals man. Work hard and eat right and you should get there. Also post up if you have any questions or need help with anything.

I did have one question, should i take supps to help me reach my goal to weigh 190? creatine KA?
 
I think it's best to try and make as much progress as you can before starting any sort of supplement program, especialy if you haven't been training consistantly for a while.
