Do not order from Heavyweights.net, they have good prices and such but they do not deliver their products. I ordered from them over 2 months ago and never received almost $400 of protein and N large. They are very good with communication when they are trying to get your money but after that they do not send the product or respond to any phone calls or messages. After my order was supposedly sent 1.5 months earlier they made the mistake of actually picking up their phone and told me that it had been shipped and that they would track it and get back to me. They never got back to me obviously. Then I ICQed telling them I was pissed and the owner told me to call him at home so we could sort it out. He has never picked up the phone there either and they have never answered any of dozens of phone msgs. I have bought a lot of stuff over the internet and never experienced anything like this.

Warning the prices may look good but they do actually send the products.

Wow, not again. I am shocked as I never got anything but good service from Mr. King. It is sad to hear that someone will scam someone out of a $30 tub of protein to make an extra dollar or two. Can it really be worth it?

Rob King Still Scams!!

Hello all! I'm new to this board so I can post my problem with Heavyweights.net

It's been a while since the last complaint regarding them but I was a regular customer for a couple of years and now I've been shafted!

I ordered $215 worth of suppliments and well after the shipping time I never received them. I asked nicely if I could get a tracking number form Rob and he would never reply. I put a concern post on their web board and THEN he replied and got mad for posting a shipping complaint. He deleted me from there and the posts.
He never even shipped my items and CHARGED my Visa on the day I ordered. He told me in a reply that he would refund my money.

It's been almost 2 months since the charge and I have no refund. I have emailed and even tried phoning his full mailbox. I've continued to be polite as well.

I've contacted Visa and soon they will take action for me to retreave my money.

This guy became a big time scammer after he expanded his stores and became too big for himself. It's too bad cause it was great before.

I deal with Sport Nutrition Depot now and get free express shipping with all my orders! (unlike Heavyweights). Great quick service with and instant online tracking right after you order.

Rob King and Heavyweights are very, very bad people!

I had the exact same problem you're having.

I ordered twice from that place. The first time I got my order, but the product they sent me looked like it was beaten with a bat before they sent it to me. Plastic bottles bent out of shape, MPR's scrunched up and a few ripped.

I didn't say anything, and 4 months later ordered again, that time they billed my card TWICE and didn't send anything.

They never answered the phone and I got two E-mails blaming the post office.

So anyway I got a refund from my credit card, and never bought from them again...
