Heavy one week, light the next????

How many of you guy's are doing heavy, low rep sets one week, then light, high rep sets the next. I've been considering this because it seems like endurance while lifting sucks.

If any of you have had success with this please tell me your results, or if you have any other ideas for better endurance please tell me what your doing.

bump, i've been considering something very similar myself. something like training one body part light weight/high reps everyweek, cycling through the body parts over the course of say, 4-5 weeks.
