Heavy Bench and pullups creating pain...

Ever since I started repping 275 on flat bench I have been experiencing pain in my arm located on the opposite side of my elbow. It might even be the upper part of my forearm. This pain is further aggravated while doing weighted pull-ups. Its kind of a sharp/Aching pain but goes away in a few hours, but always comes back again on Chest/Back day. Doesn't seem like tendonitis. Im thinking its just cause of the heavy weight I need to start wrapping the area? Like when you squat real heavy you need to wrap your knees??? If somebody could respond. Thank you

tense your arm up by clenching your arm up into a fist tightly

now contract your forearm (i.e. do a wrist curl type movement bringing your clench fist inwards) as far as it can go

then go the other way so your doing a reverse grip wrist curl motion, aain just with the clenched fist

any pain in the elbow when you do either of these? and in which movement?

Nope, no pain when I do that. Its been a couple days since chest/back now and it doesn't hurt at all. Its bugging me though, I want to know why that pain is there?
