do sterilization techniques such as baking in the oven harm the AS in any way????....i'm using 40ml amber vials from pharmtools.....they have screw on caps and rubber stoppers ....is it necessary to put a pin in to vent it while cooking?....will it explode if not???

baking will kill bacteria, won't harm the gear. Put a pin in to equalize pressure.
