these are things you need to lay off of

lots of oil in pasta sauces.. very heavy on calories..

I actually found a couple pasta sauces at the grocery store that only contain tomatoes, tomato pasta and salt.

Usually the canned pasta sauces are much lower in calories then the bottled versions.

Read the ingredients list and you should be able to find a couple good ones.
