It is just a framed reproduction of children and their dog playing in the snow. In person it doesn't quite look Dutch, sorta Norman Rockwell-esque. The artist is named Weeks.

It does have lots of the colors that the Dutch painters used, but is a little less somber. Glad you like it. =-) I got it to match my towels...hehehehe.
