mine is like, 75-85 resting, about 65 when i wake up...
when training its about 120-140 after an intense set, it prolly idles at 100 while training
when doin intense cardio (usually the stairmaster) it goes to 180.
i think 230 is alot.. ive never heard of a heart beating that fast for anything...
your heart is beating almost 4x per second...
has anyone else ever heard of that?
